Return Policy

We want you to feel informed before purchasing mindful eating coaching or digital tools from Refreshflora. This policy explains cancellations and refunds for services bought through refreshflora.ddd.

Coaching Sessions

Introductory Session ($85)

You may cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may receive credit toward a rescheduled session at our discretion.

Four-Week Coaching Bundle ($320)

If you cancel before the first session begins, you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment. After the first session, refunds are prorated for unused sessions minus a $25 administrative fee.

Digital Toolkit Pass ($48)

If you have not accessed the portal or downloaded materials, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. After access is granted, the pass is non-refundable except where required by law.

How to Request a Refund

Email help@refreshflora.world with your name, purchase date, and reason. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Rescheduling

Life happens. Contact us to reschedule sessions without penalty when you provide at least 24 hours notice.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve concerns directly.

Exceptions

Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your state.
